Job Description

Role Overview: At Infoblox, we are looking for a Benefits Analyst to join our People & Places team in Bengaluru. As a Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing global benefits programs across India, EMEA, and APAC regions. Your role will involve providing benefits support, education, and guidance to employees throughout their Infoblox journey. You will collaborate with the Total Rewards team to ensure that the benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the total rewards strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a point of contact for vendors, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders in the administration of health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other benefit programs. - Coordinate data transfers for benefits administration, ensuring the accuracy of all premiums, enrollments, and renewals. - Assist with documentation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for benefits processes, such as onboarding, open enrollment, reporting, and reconciliation. - Manage monthly billing cycles, ensuring timely and accurate execution. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records in the HRIS, conducting data audits to identify and resolve data integrity issues. - Create and distribute materials for benefits new hire orientations, open enrollment, and employee communications. - Provide training and respond to benefit inquiries from employees and managers on plan provisions, enrollments, status changes, and other general inquiries. - Assist in the delivery and administration of wellbeing programs. - Support the day-to-day management of the market pricing tool, ensuring data accuracy and usability for compensation analysis and reporting. Qualification Required: - 2+ years of experience in benefits administration; proven analytical experience preferred. - High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with excellent reporting and analytical capabilities. - Experience with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms is highly desirable. - A customer-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and organizational abilities. - Bachelor's or master's degree in HR or a related field.
