Benefits Analyst

As a Benefits Proposal Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing health, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD insurance proposals using Excel. Your role will involve analyzing carrier quotes, creating benefit summaries, and compiling group insurance proposals for US clients. Your expertise in Excel, particularly in formulas, pivot tables, and formatting, will be crucial in performing your tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Excel-based benefit proposals using Brokers template. - Merge and validate employee census data to ensure proposal accuracy. - Ensure completeness, clarity, and consistency across all deliverables. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in analyzing carrier quotes and preparing benefit summaries. - Prior work in employee benefits, group health, or insurance quoting operations. - Strong knowledge of US group health, dental, vision, life, STD & LTD benefits. - Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and formatting. - Experience working with insurance carriers or brokers is preferred. - Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.,
