Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a professional to join our International Voice Process team. The day-to-day tasks include providing customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, managing client inquiries, delivering exceptional client support, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role will also involve cross-functional collaboration to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound international calls in a professional way
• Talk to inbound prospects and convert them into customers
• Qualify business leads via outbound calls
• Develop good relationship with clients
• Write proposals in a professional way
• Agree with and meet company sales goals

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Analytical Skills
• Experience in Sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
