Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls or chats professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products or services.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Flexibility to work in

    rotational shifts

    (including night shifts).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
