As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Maintain customer records and documentation in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Basic knowledge of product and service offerings is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
