As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you play a crucial role in identifying and placing candidates from the bench pool into suitable job opportunities with clients. Your responsibilities include: - Engaging with potential candidates in the IT industry for contract and full-time positions through various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline. - Managing relationships with bench consultants to ensure alignment of their needs and career goals with available opportunities. - Collaborating closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. - Negotiating and finalizing offers with candidates, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Additionally, you are expected to: - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage. - Maintain candidate relationships and oversee smooth onboarding processes. - Regularly update the CRM/database with candidate information and job status to ensure accurate records are maintained.,
