Key Responsibilities:

Market available consultants to clients, implementation partners, and vendors.
Maintain and build relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
Submit consultants to suitable job requirements and follow up proactively.
Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.
Keep track of consultant project status and ensure timely placement.
Update and maintain the database of consultants and job submissions.

Requirements:

Freshers are eligible
1- 2 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
Proficiency in using job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Willingness to work in
night shifts
(US EST/CST time zone).
