Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market H1B, GC, CPT, OPT, and US Citizens consultants to prime vendors and direct clients.
  • Build strong relationships with Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and establish relationships with prospective clients.
  • Submit consultants to job requirements and ensure regular follow-up.
  • Negotiate rates and close positions effectively.
  • Manage and maintain the bench pipeline and ensure timely placement of consultants.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior recruiters or bench sales executives (if in lead/manager role).
  • Prepare daily/weekly status reports of submissions, interviews, and placements.
  • Track performance and continuously optimize strategies for better conversion.
