Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Market and place bench consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, L2, GC, and US citizens).
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
Submit consultants to direct client requirements and daily open positions.
Negotiate rates and finalize placements.
Work closely with the recruitment and delivery team.
Maintain daily/weekly submission and onboarding reports.

Requirements:

2–7 years of relevant bench sales experience.
Strong knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently during night shift.
Must be available for onsite work.
Mandatory: F2F interview.
