Job Summary: We are hiring a Bench Sales Recruiter who can help market and place our consultants with vendors and clients in the U.S. Instead of using job boards, we focus on building personal connections with vendors. You will also support our candidates in reaching out to vendors directly and help plan ways to grow our business. Our prime focus is into Engineering and pharma roles but a person without this background is also fine. Responsibilities: Promote our consultants to vendors and clients using calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Build strong relationships with vendors and hiring partners. Help consultants connect with vendors and prepare for interviews. Track consultant availability and find new opportunities for them. Work with the team to plan growth and improve our process. Technical & Professional Skills: Bench marketing (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC) Vendor & client relationship management Candidate outreach, submission, and tracking Interview coordination and follow-up Rate negotiation (W2, C2C, 1099) Familiar with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Job Diva) Sourcing via LinkedIn, Dice, and other platforms Strong verbal and written communication Time management and multitasking skills
