Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, recruiting, and hiring candidates for various technical roles. Daily tasks include managing relationships with clients, identifying and engaging potential candidates, and securing placements. The role also involves account management, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring successful onboarding processes.
