We collaborate with over 50 clients to deliver innovative services in Enterprise Content Management Systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital commerce platforms like Oracle ATG Commerce and Commerce Tools. Our expertise extends to AEM solutioning, AEM web design, Oracle ATG Commerce implementations, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. Our commitment lies in providing cutting-edge solutions and exceptional support to empower businesses in their digital transformation journey.

Role Description

This full-time on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role is based in Vijayawada. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and engaging qualified candidates, developing and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships, managing candidate onboarding, and maintaining a robust candidate bench for future opportunities. The role also involves working closely with account managers to fulfill project needs effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

Skills in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
Experience in Hiring and Account Management
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to build relationships with clients and consultants
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Prior experience in IT staffing or consulting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
