We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our onsite team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US IT staffing, marketing H1B/OPT/CPT/EAD/GC/USC consultants, and coordinating with vendors and clients for project placements.
You will be responsible for identifying suitable job opportunities, negotiating rates, and ensuring quick and successful placements for consultants on the bench.
Market available bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, USC) to prime vendors and direct clients.
Develop relationships with tier-1 vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
Regularly post and market resumes through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients to ensure win–win placements.
Maintain a strong pipeline of active bench candidates and track submissions and interviews daily.
Coordinate with consultants regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding.
Keep consultants motivated and informed about market trends and requirements.
Work closely with the HR and operations teams for onboarding and compliance documentation.
Update and maintain the ATS/CRM database with all activities and candidate status updates.
1–5 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruiting or US IT Staffing.
Strong knowledge of visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, etc.) and US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
Hands-on experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to handle multiple consultants and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in night shift.
Must be available for onsite work from the Indore office.
Male candidates preferred due to night shift work requirements.
