Role Description

This is an on-site full time opportunity for a Bench Sales Recruiter Role based in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include sourcing, identifying, and engaging suitable talent for open positions, managing the USA candidate and secruring the interviews behalf of the candidates, and building relationships with both candidates and clients. Freshers will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales recruitment, assist with account management, and directly contribute to the company's talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bench Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Experience or interest in marketing through linkedin or another USA job portals
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Time management skills and eagerness to learn the field of recruiting
• Relevant educational background or demonstrated interest in HR, Recruitment, or related fields is a plus
