Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Experience: 10+Yrs

Mode of Work: Hybrid(3 days in a week)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to market IT consultants on bench, work with prime vendors and system integrators, and close placements on contract, C2C, and W2 roles. The ideal candidate has strong vendor relationships, excellent negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market IT consultants (bench candidates) to direct clients, prime vendors, and system integrators
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and end clients
  • Submit candidates for contract, C2C, and W2 positions and follow up on submissions
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with vendors and clients
  • Coordinate interviews and placement logistics with recruiters and candidates
  • Maintain up-to-date records of candidate submissions and client communications
  • Stay current with market trends, hot skills, and client requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and US staffing regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT staffing)
  • Strong understanding of C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models
  • Proven vendor list and marketing experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ATS and CRM tools
  • Experience of immigration statuses (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.)
  • Strong network of implementation partners and prime vendors
