Role: Bench Sales Manager & Lead (US) Experience: 10+ Years Location: Coimbatore (ONSITE) Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Bench Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating revenue by proactively selling our talented bench of IT consultants to clients across the United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth and building strong relationships with clients and vendors. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for placing talent from our bench with client projects. Identify and qualify new client leads through cold calling and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, understanding their needs and offering solutions. Present talent profiles to clients, negotiate rates, and close deals. Manage the hiring process for bench consultants, ensuring compliance with all legal and visa regulations. Oversee the on boarding and integration of new bench consultants. Develop and implement marketing and branding initiatives for showcasing our bench talent. Analyze sales data and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Support and mentor other team members and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, preferably with bench sales experience. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently exceeding quota. Strong understanding of the US IT market and current hiring trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and vendors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Show more Show less
