Responsibilities

• Assist in researching user behaviour patterns and decision-making processes in financial contexts.
• Support the analysis of customer interactions and engagement data to identify behavioural trends.
• Help design and conduct simple behavioural experiments and A/B tests for product features.
• Learn to apply behavioural investment and economics principles to FinTech product development and user experience.
• Assist in literature review of behavioural economics research and industry best practices.
• Support the team in preparing behavioural insights reports and presentations.
• Help analyz=se survey data and user feedback to understand psychological factors influencing financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in any undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong analytical thinking and curiosity about human behaviour.
• Basic understanding of research methods and data interpretation.
• Interest in psychology, economics, or consumer behaviour.
• Eagerness to learn about behavioural economics concepts and applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Good written communication skills for preparing research summaries.
