Responsibilities

Were looking for a problem-solver and game thinkersomeone who not only codes but also understands game logic, architecture, and real-world use cases. Youll be building highly interactive gaming experiences and need to bring both creativity and performance optimization to the Responsibilities :
  • Design, develop, and deploy 2D/3D games in Unity (C#)
  • Think through the game architecture, performance strategy, and scalability from the ground up
  • Translate high-level game ideas and user journeys into engaging gameplay
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and backend teams for seamless feature delivery
  • Integrate SDKs for analytics, rewards, multiplayer, and ads
  • Optimize performance for mobile platforms (Android/iOS)
  • Conduct playtesting, debug issues, and implement fixes quickly
  • Stay ahead of gaming trends and bring fresh ideas to the Skills :
  • 3+ years of Unity development experience
  • Proficiency in C# and Unity engine (2D/3D, animations, asset pipelines)
  • Ability to understand game use-cases and build efficient system architecture
  • Solid grasp of game loops, physics, UI systems, and mobile optimization
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with API integrations, analytics, multiplayer : Prior experience in building reward-based or gamification : Passion for sports, gaming communities, or live-stream-based a Great Fit If You :
  • Can visualize how a user will interact with a feature before writing the first line of code
  • Think beyond gameplay and understand platform-level goals (engagement, retention, monetization)
  • Are energetic, ownership-driven, and thrive in a high-speed startup environment
  • Love working closely with cross-functional teams and enjoy building from 0 to 1
