Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct product training sessions for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders on beauty products, cosmetics, hair care, and skincare. Develop and deliver customized training programs based on customer needs and requirements. Provide soft skills training to enhance communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills of team members. Manage the entire process from planning to execution of trainings using tools like TTI (Training Need Identification) and TNA (Training Needs Analysis).
