Job Description

Customer Service : Provide personalized beauty consultations and recommendations to clients. Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance. Sales : Drive sales through effective product demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling techniques. Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction. Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, manage product displays, and handle product replenishment. Training : Educate customers on proper product use and beauty techniques. Store Presentation : Ensure the beauty section is visually appealing and well-organized. Feedback Collection : Gather and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality. Promotions : Implement and promote store promotions, sales events, and loyalty programs. Compliance : Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards. Team Collaboration : Work effectively with other team members to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional service.
