Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Bulandshahr. The BDM will be responsible for driving business growth by developing relationships with prospective clients and partners, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include market research, creating business plans, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships. The BDM will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and will be an important contributor to the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong market research and analytical skills
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or similar roles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
