Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in the Mohali district; some work from home is acceptable. The BDM will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing client relationships, developing and implementing business strategies, and negotiating contracts. The BDM will also prepare and deliver presentations, identify market opportunities, and collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business goals.

• Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Market research and opportunity identification skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Experience within the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry is preferred
