Role Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will focus on identifying new business opportunities and building key client relationships for Illusion Animations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India. The BDM will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, engaging with clients, pitching services, and building partnerships. The role also encompasses market research, fostering client retention, and achieving sales growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in market research and trend analysis
• Experience with business strategy development and implementation
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
• Knowledge of the animation industry is a plus
• Proficiency in presentation and proposal development
• Experience in leading sales efforts and identifying growth opportunities
