Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving retail expansion and store

additions across Karnataka. The incumbent will identify new market opportunities, manage retail

roll-outs (EBOs) and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve new store opening

targets for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across Karnataka forstore expansion.

• Drive end-to-end retail expansion from market mapping,site identification, and

negotiation to store launch.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and real estate

brokers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams(Projects, VM, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure

timely store openings.

• Track and analyze regional performance metricsto recommend business growth strategies.

• Study competitor landscape, consumer preferences, and emerging market trendsto support

decision-making.

• Drive business growth and ensure achievement ofstore expansion targets for the region.

• Representthe brand at regional events,trade shows, and networking opportunities to

enhance visibility.
