Avenoir is a Salesforce Consulting company founded by IIT Kharagpur alumni, supported by a team of 50+ certified Salesforce and MuleSoft professionals. We deliver scalable CRM and integration solutions to global clients across industries.

We are seeking a driven and confident Business Development Executive to expand our client base and build long-term partnerships within the IT consulting ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective clients and IT consulting partners through targeted outreach on LinkedIn, email, and professional networks.
  • Analyze potential partner organizations to understand their offerings and identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Lead initial conversations to assess partnership scope across Salesforce and related technology services.
  • Track leads, partnerships, and interactions using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and recruitment teams to align on client requirements.
  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and partnership documentation.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Participate in weekly business review discussions to evaluate progress and explore new opportunities.

✅ Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
  • 0–1 year experience in IT Services, SaaS, or Consulting Business Development.
  • Keen interest in Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Cloud technologies.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Professional demeanor with confidence in client interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and Excel / Google Sheets.
