If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building relationships, this opportunity is for you! **Role Overview:** As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing sales activities, actively seeking out new sales opportunities, setting up meetings with potential clients, writing new business proposals, converting leads through calling, acquiring and maintaining the latest necessary technical knowledge, negotiating/closing deals, collaborating with team members, conducting market research, maintaining knowledge of all product and service offerings, keeping the prospective client database updated, following company guidelines, developing efficient networks, consistently achieving revenue targets, and generating sales through online freelance portals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Managing sales activities - Actively seeking out new sales opportunities - Setting up meetings with potential clients on calls and video calls - Writing new business proposals - Conversion of leads through calling - Acquiring and maintaining the latest necessary technical knowledge - Negotiating/closing deals - Collaborating with team members - Conducting market research - Maintaining knowledge of all product and service offerings - Keeping the prospective client database updated - Following company guidelines and procedures - Developing and managing efficient networks for Business Development - Consistently achieving revenue targets - Generating sales through available online freelance portals **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 1 year of experience in the same field as a Sales Executive - Experience in Lead Conversion - Experience in Online Lead Generation via platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. is a plus - Proficiency in email etiquette, proposal writing, follow-up, and requirement gathering - Experienced in client interaction - Understanding of the demand and supply of Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Web Development, and Mobile App Development - Excellent written and verbal communication skills If you meet these qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, we look forward to hearing from you!,
