Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Sales

Location: Office no. S-08, Building no. A-60 Sector-2 Noida
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: 1–3 Years

Salary: 25,000-30,000+ Incentives(based on performance)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and selling our suite of services including Web Development, Mobile App Development, and IT Recruitment Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other lead generation tools.
  • Client Acquisition: Pitch and sell our IT services (Web/App Development & Recruitment) to potential domestic and international clients.
  • Requirement Gathering: Understand client needs, prepare customized proposals, and coordinate with the technical/recruitment teams to deliver solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and conversions.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client demands to refine sales strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, B2B sales, or business development roles.
  • Strong understanding of Web and Mobile App development services and IT recruitment solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
