Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Maruti Flex Traders LLP, your role will involve selling a variety of signage products, ACP sheets, textile products, LED modules, power supply, and industrial self-adhesive tapes. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead Generation:** Identify and generate new business opportunities using methods such as cold calling, networking, social media, and market research. - **Client Engagement:** Establish strong and lasting relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their requirements and offering customized solutions. - **Sales Strategy:** Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives. - **Market Research:** Conduct thorough market research to recognize industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business prospects. - **Proposal Development:** Create compelling sales proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients. - **Sales Pipeline Management:** Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and updated records in the CRM system. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams like marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience. - **Reporting:** Regularly update the management team on sales activities, pipeline status, and potential opportunities. - **Networking:** Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand your network, engage with potential clients, and stay informed about industry advancements. In addition to the above responsibilities, Maruti Flex Traders LLP deals in various signage products, ACP sheets, textile products, LED modules, power supply, and industrial self-adhesive tapes. The company is headquartered in Bengaluru, India. This is a full-time on-site position with a day shift schedule. Knowledge of Hindi is preferred for this role. The work location is in person.
