About the Role :

As a BDE, you will spearhead business development initiatives, leveraging your network and skills to identify and secure opportunities across India and key international regions. Your focus will be on building lasting relationships, converting leads into successful partnerships, and driving measurable growth for the company.

Responsibilities :

• Expand presence across India, targeting diverse industries.
• Leverage networks in global regions for business growth by using existing networks or strategies.
• Convert leads into actual business.
• Craft compelling proposals to secure deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate on effective go-to-market strategies.
• Drive revenue growth through ambitious monthly targets & achievements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum two+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain a strong domestic network across India and a global network, particularly in Europe, Canada, and Dubai.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong convincing power and interpersonal skills to close deals effectively.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, nurturing, and conversion into revenue-generating clients.
• A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and business analytics software is preferred.
