Business Development Executive – Executive Search

Location: Delhi (home office near Akshardham, hybrid – 2 days/week in office)

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will proactively support our leadership team in expanding client relationships and building a strong pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across BFSI and other sectors
• Write impactful cold emails and
• Proactively Cold Call to engage with decision-makers
• Meet clients face to face
• Deepen connect with existing clients
• Create proposals, pitch decks,
• Ensure strong client follow-ups
• Maintain structured lead and outreach trackers/CRM
• Gather market intelligence on hiring trends and competitor activity

Skills & Competencies

• Self-starter & result oriented mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Confidence in cold outreach and relationship building
• Process orientation with attention to detail
• Research-driven with ability to map accounts and stakeholders
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Suite/ Presentation Creation tools

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales.
