Job Title: Business Development Executive – Construction Materials & Equipment About Us: Nirman Materials is a growing company dealing in construction materials and RMC equipment. We connect with builders, contractors, and purchase heads to provide the right products and solutions. Role & Responsibilities: Meet and pitch to builders, contractors, and purchase managers in Pune. Handle client calls, WhatsApp, and email communication in English. Share quotations, follow up, and close deals. Work 5 days/week (6 hours daily) → 2 days WFH + 3 days client visits. Requirements: Good English speaking & writing skills. Presentable, confident, and comfortable in field visits. Bike preferred for local travel. Freshers welcome – training will be provided. Salary & Incentives: Fixed: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month Incentives: 2% on deals closed above ₹1 Lakh Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
