Your Key Responsibilities

• Call and engage with potential candidates, including senior professionals
• Source talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal databases
• Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups
• Interpret job descriptions and align them with candidate profiles
• Maintain and regularly update structured candidate databases
• Get hands-on exposure to leadership hiring and advanced sourcing techniques

Who Can Apply

• Final-year students or recent graduates from any stream
• Preferred: Candidates with prior HR or Talent Acquisition internship/experience
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Comfortable making professional outreach calls daily
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel; prior exposure to hiring platforms is a plus
