Business Development Executive – Executive Search
Location: Delhi (hybrid – 2 days/week in office)

Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will proactively support our leadership team in expandingclient relationships and building a strong pipeline.Key Responsibilities● Research and identify potential clients across BFSI and other sectors● Write impactful cold emails and● Proactively Cold Call to engage with decision-makers● Create proposals, pitch decks,● Ensure strong client follow-ups● Maintain structured lead and outreach trackers/CRM● Gather market intelligence on hiring trends and competitor activity

Skills & Competencies
● Self starter & result oriented mindset● Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)● Confidence in cold outreach and relationship building● Process orientation with attention to detail● Research-driven with ability to map accounts and stakeholders● Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Suite/ PresentationCreation tools

Qualifications
● Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–3 years of experience in business development, insidesales.
