Mirus Solutions (meaning extraordinary) is a boutique Talent Acquisition firm with 20+
years of experience partnering with start-ups and MNCs across India. We are now expanding our Talent Acquisition Partner Team.

Key Responsibilities: -
Finance (Core Focus)● Payroll processing & incentive computation● Client invoicing & follow-up● Monthly revenue and cost collation, MIS preparation● GST, TDS & ESI compliance support● Manage banking relations● Coordinate with CA for filings and returnsHR & Operations● Support internal hiring and onboarding● Maintain employee engagement calendar● Create MIS dashboards to track performance● Manage interns and support HR projects● Generate reports from ATS; post jobs on Naukri, LinkedIn, Hirist, IIMJobs, etc.● Liaise with designers for professional posters, brochures, and training material● Manage Mirus’s employer-branding pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram

What We’re Looking For
● Strong Excel skills – ability to build, analyze, and maintain detailed MIS reports● 1+ years’ experience in finance/accounts (payroll, invoicing, compliance support)● High attention to detail and process orientation● Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload● Comfortable leveraging technology and internet tools● Good written English skills● Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow

Benefits & Details
● 5-day work week- hybrid (3 days WFH and 2 days work from office)● Office located near Akshardham in New Delhi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
