About the Role

We are hiring 2 Business Development Executives for our Goa team. This is a field sales role, requiring daily client visits across institutes, government offices, and corporates. Candidates must be proactive, market-savvy, and ready to drive revenue on-ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new business opportunities in Goa’s institutional and corporate sectors.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Engage with procurement heads, government offices, and decision-makers.
• Support tender processes, proposals, and negotiations.
• Achieve sales targets through consistent market coverage.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required).
• Experience: 2–4 years in field sales / business development (preferably B2B, furniture, real estate, or institutional sales).
• Strong knowledge of Goa’s market.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory for field visits).
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive local travel.
