Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Gurugram. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and generating leads. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients, presenting BharatSkillz’s services, negotiating contracts, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct thorough market research and generate leads
• Experience in sales and business development strategies
• Negotiation and contract management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
