Salary up to 3lpa WORK FROM HOME IMMEDIATE JOINER EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify customer needs and present suitable products/services. Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, account management, or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience in [mention your industry – e.g., SaaS, retail, recruitment, real estate, etc.].
