Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate (BDA) located in Bhubaneswar. The BDA will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and contributing to sales strategies. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The BDA will also collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.

Qualifications

Business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
Experience in market research and competitive analysis
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the technology or security industry is a plus
