Position: Bartender

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our restaurant chain. The ideal candidate should be passionate about mixology, customer service, and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Suggest drink options based on guest preferences

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Ensure all beverages are served according to company standards and recipes

• Handle bar inventory and restocking

• Follow all safety and hygiene regulations

• Maintain a positive attitude and ensure a welcoming bar environment

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Bartender

• Good knowledge of classic and modern cocktails

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Basic knowledge of bar tools and glassware

• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and evenings
