Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all banquet functions and events.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and ensure satisfaction.
  • Plan event logistics including layout, staffing, menus, and timing.
  • Supervise the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they meet brand and client standards.
  • Lead, train, schedule, and supervise banquet staff including servers, bartenders, and captains.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely food and beverage service.
  • Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
