Description

The Banquet Captain will be responsible for managing and overseeing banquet events, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet events.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage guest relations during events to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in training and supervising banquet staff.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during events.
Prepare and maintain banquet event orders and checklists.

Skills and Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Proficient in event planning and coordination.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
