Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities 🔹 Data Management Collect, clean, and validate data from banking systems (core banking, CRM, digital channels, etc.). Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of financial and customer data. 🔹 Reporting & MIS Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for different departments (operations, compliance, loans, customer service). Track KPIs such as loan approvals, NPA trends, deposits, and transaction volumes. Support compliance and audit requirements through accurate reporting. 🔹 Data Analysis Analyze customer behavior (savings, loans, credit cards, digital transactions) to identify trends. Assist in risk analysis by highlighting anomalies or unusual patterns in financial data. Support fraud detection and prevention teams with data-driven insights. 🔹 Business Insights Provide insights to improve customer experience, branch performance, and digital banking adoption. Help management in decision-making by presenting dashboards and visualization reports. Work with senior analysts to suggest data-driven strategies for revenue growth. 🔹 Collaboration Coordinate with operations, compliance, finance, and IT teams to understand data requirements. Support project teams in implementing data automation and reporting tools. Skills & Qualifications (Fresher Friendly) Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field. Strong skills in MS Excel & SQL (mandatory). Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (added advantage). Basic understanding of banking products & services (savings, loans, credit cards, NPAs). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities.
