Salary: 25000-33000 (in hand monthly)

Age : Maximum up to 30 yrs

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with
banking partners
to identify, approach, and engage potential customers through bank branch networks.
Generate leads and referrals by leveraging the banks existing client base.
Conduct
customer needs analysis
and financial planning sessions to recommend suitable
life insurance products
.
Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers through consistent follow-ups and high-quality service.
Explain product features and benefits clearly to support
informed decision-making
by clients.
Drive
cross-selling
and
upselling
of financial products to maximize customer value.
Stay up-to-date with
insurance industry trends
,
regulatory changes
, and
product knowledge
to better serve customers.
Meet and exceed assigned
sales targets
and contribute to overall business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in any stream.(consolidated & provisional certificates are mandatory)
Minimum
1 year of experience
in any
sales.
Proven
track record in achieving sales targets
and driving business development.
Strong
communication

skills.
