Banking Relationship Manager

As a Bank Relationship Manager at Response Informatics, your role will involve establishing, managing, and growing the Assets Under Management (AUM) of the mapped client segment by acquiring and nurturing clients with AUM greater than or equal to INR 1 million. You will be expected to ensure a comprehensive understanding of all products and services through continuous skill and knowledge improvement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Resolving customer queries and complaints within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) as per the DBS customer service policy. - Coordinating and collaborating with CBG colleagues, service teams, and product specialists to achieve team objectives. - Working closely with the Line Manager and City/Cluster Head to ensure the accomplishment of common team and branch objectives. - Ensuring internal and regulatory compliance, and addressing operational risks such as Health & Safety standards, security of premises, AML/KYC, and ongoing risk reviews. - Exercising appropriate due diligence during client on-boarding and engagement. - Establishing DBS as a primary banker for clients and a leading banking provider in India.
