Identify and acquire new customers for
Home Loans & Loan Against Property (LAP)
.
Generate business through
direct sales, channel partners, and DSA/Connectors
.
Achieve assigned
sales targets
and ensure profitability.
Maintain strong relationships with
existing customers
to generate repeat and referral business.
Conduct
customer profiling, eligibility checks, and financial analysis
to recommend suitable products.
Coordinate with
credit, operations, and legal teams
for smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
Ensure
compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation standards
.
Track
market trends, competitor activities
, and provide inputs for business strategies.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of
Home Loans, LAP products, and mortgage industry
Excellent
sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Understanding of
credit policies, financial documents, and property valuation
