Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Source new clients for
Home Loans / Loan Against Property
through direct channels, connectors, and business partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
Conduct client meetings, understand financial requirements, and suggest suitable loan products.
Manage end-to-end loan process – from application, documentation, and credit assessment to disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Work closely with internal credit, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth processing.
Track market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback for business growth.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
Home Loans / LAP products

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
Customer-centric with problem-solving attitude.
Networking and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any stream.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HL or LAP
in BFSI/NBFC sector (mandatory).
