Job Summary:

Banking Relationship Manager (RM)

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned portfolio, addressing queries, requests, and complaints.

Business Development & Sales

• Acquire new clients and grow the portfolio through referrals, networking, and market research.
  
• Cross-sell and up-sell bank products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, investments, and insurance.

Market & Product Knowledgey

• Stay updated on banking products, industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  
• Educate clients on new products, digital banking solutions, and investment opportunities.
  
• Provide feedback to management on market insights and customer needs.
