Job Description

As a Relationship Manager in the banking industry, your role will involve managing relationships with both existing and potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales of retail liabilities, NRI, Wealth related products, and other banking products. - Identifying customer needs, providing appropriate solutions, monitoring customer accounts, and offering timely feedback to customers. - Establishing and maintaining a strong network of contacts within the banking industry. - Providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing customer data to enhance customer loyalty. - Developing and executing marketing campaigns. - Preparing and presenting reports to senior management. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in the retail liabilities/CASA/TPP segment. - A passion for sales and customer service. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build strong customer relationships. - Capability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and thrive as a team player in a fast-paced environment.,
