Banking Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify customer financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions to enhance portfolio profitability.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets through cross-selling of products such as CASA, loans, and digital banking services.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct periodic health checks and relationship reviews with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery across all banking platforms and systems.
  • Maintain detailed MIS and reports on portfolio performance, client feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide insights for product improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong relationship management and client servicing abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce, CX Portal, and Metabase.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA

    in Marketing / Finance from a recognized institution.
  • BBA

    or equivalent undergraduate degree.

Preferred Background:

  • Prior experience in

    Customer Success, Client Servicing, or Relationship Management

    in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech sector.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value portfolios and meet performance goals.
