Banking & Finance Executive

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 360000 - Rs 480000 (ie INR -3.6-4.8 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and track documentation related to Gold Metal Loans (GML) and Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL)
• Manage account openings, KYC compliance, and coordination with banking partners
• Oversee corporate credit card issuance, activation, and reconciliation with ERP and employee claims
• Handle import/export financial workflows including invoice verification, SWIFT payments, and FEMA/RBI compliance checks
• Maintain accurate MCX ledgers, daily journal entries, and transaction records
• Coordinate with branches and banks for fund transfers, POS-related issues, and operational banking requirements
• Resolve reconciliation mismatches for deposits, invoices, and POS settlements

• Strong understanding of banking processes, treasury operations, financial documentation, and compliance standards
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, reconciliations, and financial tracking
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple banking touchpoints
• High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capability
• Professional, ethical, and detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
